How to Rearrange, Rotate or Delete PDF Pages

Updated

You don't need a paid editor to tidy up a PDF. Scans that are out of order, sideways pages and blank backs can all be fixed in your browser.

The easiest way: do it all at once

Open Organize PDF and upload your file. You'll see a small picture of each page, with buttons to move it, turn it or remove it. This is the best choice when a document needs several fixes.

When you know the page numbers

These tools are quicker with long documents, as you don't have to wait for the pictures to appear.

A common mistake with page numbers

Tools count the position of a page in the file, not the number printed on it. If a report has a cover and contents, its printed page 1 might be page 3 of the PDF. Your PDF reader shows the position, usually as something like 3 of 20.

Adding pages from another file

Join both files with Merge PDF, and then move the new pages into place with Organize PDF. Your originals don't change, so you can always start again.
